The AFPS accreditation allows you to intervene voluntarily after an earthquake. This allows, once on site, to classify the buildings in 3 categories:
– Healthy building
– Building you can’t get into
– Building in which you can enter to get the stuff but not stay there
This accreditation follows a training course set up at the ECA, and a “sponsorship” from the Ministry of the Interior.
